Funciones:
- Seguimiento de ordenes de compra de proveedores / Intercompañías ( carga de ordenes de compra en plataforma de agencia)
- Seguimiento de la carga de facturas de proveedores al portal/ Intercompañías de acuerdo a sus ordenes de compra
- Alta de Clientes / Intercompañías (validación de documentos requeridos)
- Alta de proveedores / Intercompañías (validación de documentos requeridos)
- Revisión de documentación soporte facturado a clientes en sistema.
- Solicitud de complementos de pago (proveedores)
- Apoyo general al área de administración y finanzas
Requerimientos:
- Estudiante de la carrera de Administración o Contaduria Publica (Para realizar practicas profesionales)
- Ingles intermedio
